7v7 FLAG FOOTBALL on Sundays at Anchor Golf in Whippany
FORMAT:
7 players on the field at a time, at least 2 of them must be women. Every third play must be to/from a woman. Field is 60 yard long and 30 yards wide (field will be 45 yard long).
SEASON:
Each team will play 6 regular season games and 1 playoff game. Playoffs will start the week after the end of the regular season. The number of teams in each league to make the playoffs varies per season.
LOCATION:
Games are played at Anchor Golf brand new turf field in Whippany.
